Late last year we completed a new two bedroom house in brunswick. Its the cutest little barn tucked behind a neighbouring garage at the end of a no through road. Its so peaceful and quite there - and nestled in the between all the nonna's backyards - and only moments from Syndey Rd and Lygon Street mind you! The house is tiny with a foot print of 100sqm. To make it feel more spacious it has pitched ceilings at 6m high with a mezzanine over the bedrooms and bathroom. Clear roof windows in the ceiling allow you to see sky from everywhere in the house - a real rarity in Brunswick! A beautiful native garden has been planted around the shed which softens its industrial look externally.
