A new kitchen, study and courtyard was all this medium sized house in Melbourne needed. A typical example of an ugly 1980's renovation gone wrong. We stripped it all out, connected a beautiful existing sitting room with a new pool in the backyard via a new dining space. The house was really dark and foreboding so white joinery and recycled Tallowwood flooring helps lighten the space and give it a casual feel. The new study upstairs is the command centre with glass walls that look out to the new timber lined courtyard.
