Kingston City Hall Urban Plaza

The Kingston City Hall Urban Plaza project changes the outdoor area directly outside and in between the City Hall and the Arts buildings from a thoroughfare into a place where the local community can not only interact with the arts and culture program produced by the arts team, but more importantly, with each other.
