Splitters Creek

Nestled within the picturesque Splitters Creek, just outside of Albury, this new house sits on a vast 3.6-hectare plot of lush woodlands and sprawling grassland. Its carefully chosen location on the hillside not only offers breathtaking northern views but also holds sentimental value as it occupies our client’s favourite picnic spot.

When conceptualizing the design, our clients expressed a strong desire for a home with interconnected spaces, each subtly differentiated to enable a variety of activities to take place simultaneously.

This unique design also ingeniously responds to the natural slope of the site by incorporating three interconnecting split levels, harmonizing the structure with the land’s natural contours.
